There are presently linkages (though not very strong and not formalizes) with the communities being served, the District Assembly, other sectors, agencies and health related partners at all levels

The relation with Ministry of Health and CHAG has greatly improved at the central level. This is not always the case in all regional and district levels because there are no clear guidelines from the center to lower levels. Partnership between mission and government agencies at lower levels tends to depend heavily on the leaderships of both the government and CHAG agencies at that level.

A couple of years ago, a memorandum of understanding was drawn between CHAG and the Government to institute a contracting system for services to areas not adequately covered by government health care services but this is yet to be implemented.
