Memorandum of Understanding and Administrative Instructions
The purpose of this document is primarily to define the Operational and Administrative Arrangements for the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between the Ministry Health (MOH) and the Christian Health Association of Ghana (CHAG) on 4th December 2003. These instructions are guided by the spirit and intentions of the under-mentioned relations / guiding principles between the MOH and CHAG that culminated in the signing of the abovementioned MOU between the two parties, It is also in line with the policy guidelines for the implementation of public-private partnerships in Ghana. click to read more...
